<p>Power set 1</p>
<p>Stand ahead of the bar&#8217;s rack, get a good position with each foot amount along with each hip. Grasp the barbell overhand while keeping your head up. Setback and stand in and upright position. Lower yourself downward and pause for a second. Complete eight repetitions.</p>
<p> The shoulder pressing requires you to hold the dumbbell with your palm facing your head at shoulder height.Thrust the DB overhead and then bring it down for eight repetitions on each side.</p>
<p>Power set 2</p>
<p>Call this one a 5-5-5 with the kettlebell because there are five hundred fifty five repetitions to complete. This gets started with 100 kettlebell swings.Do this one with intensity. This can be one of your <a href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/exercises">six pack ab exercises</a>.</p>
<p>Your thighs should propel the bell upward with it hooked on your hand.You&#8217;ll follow that by doing 100 reps of the prison squat and 50 reps of jackknifes on the stability sphere.</p>

<p>Drop into the squatting position and then drive back upward. The jackknives are done as your hands are grounded and feet are on top of the ball.The abs should be used to pull each knee toward the torso.</p>

<p>The following is a routine to use that will keep your mind and body in line with your goals. These exercises use you body&#8217;s weight, kettlebells, and dumbbells.Your first exercise combination will be the high jump and presses.</p>

<p> Beginning with jumping, go as high into the air as possible. Upon landing, you should immediately jump again.</p>
</p>
<p> Do this exercise repeated 6 times and then go straight into military presses.</p>
</p>
<p> Should you not have a bar, you can try pressing with dumbbells in it&#8217;s stead.A properly done military press will begin with knees bending a little bit as you force the bar overhead.</p>
</p>
<p> With dumbbells, use one and press it upward as you brace your abdominals with the other hand. When you are done with that pair, move on to the next one: lunging split and a special chin up.</p>
</p>
<p> The split squat brings to the front one leg so you are in a split squat stance, then you jump up and switch your legs as you are in the air. These are great <a href="http://www.fatlossfactor.com/exercises">six pack ab exercises</a>.</p>
</p>
<p> Start the nest lunge jump as soon as you hit the ground.After the lunge jumps are finished, do chin-ups. The chin-ups are normal only that you raise each knee to your crest on the way up.</p>

<p>Use your abdominals to control your downward motion to get the most benefit.Just don&#8217;t worry about chin-ups if you&#8217;re unable to do them. The last pair of exercises is the kettlebell swing and push ups with one hand elevated.</p>
</p>
<p>Grab the kettlebell with each hand and spreat your legs so each foot is outside the shoulder. Getting your hips into the exercise is very important: don&#8217;t be using your hands to power the swing.Your elevated push-ups will complete this complex pair. Elevate one hand about 4&#8243; off the floor and then do a push-up.</p>
<p> Finish your repetitions on one side before you start on the other side.</p>

<p>Go ahead and buy a medicine ball if you are going to workout at home.Medicine balls with a weight of 8 lb are going to do the job while a woman needs a 6 lb ball.<span id="more-611"></span></p>
<p>Don&#8217;t pause at all during this sequence of exercises so you can get them done correctly and get the most benefit from your work.Do this circuit one time for effectiveness, but if you have time and if you want to you can do it a few times.</p>
</p>
<p> Get started with the Squat Press by squatting down and pushing back up with your legs. As you propel yourself upward lift the medicine ball up above your head.</p>
</p>
<p> A big circle exercise is next, where the ball is higher than your head in both hands. Rotate your ball down and then around like a clock. The power golf squat is next. How many golfers have you seen doing this?</p>
</p>
<p> Get the ball with your feet widely apart. Get the medicine ball high and to the side and let it help you forcefully bring it to your opposing foot. Complete your reps and then do it on the other side.</p>

</p>
<p>Lunge diagonally for the next exercise. Do a chopping motion starting with the sphere overhead as you move forward.Alternate which foot moves forward and which way the sphere chops.</p>

<p> Do this by putting your feet up on the ball and then with your hips bridged roll the ball toward you and then away from you.Bridge your thighs if you can&#8217;t do this one, OK?</p>

<p>Pounds with the sphere and pullups while holding the sphere with each foot are the final two sequences that I&#8217;m going to mention.</p>
</p>
<p> With the pull ups, make sure you get your chest all the way to the bar.Pound the sphere into the floor in front of you as you step forward. Be sure to alternate feet.</p>

</p>
<p> I&#8217;m going to suggest to you my 15 minute workout that will be extremely effective in causing fat loss.I&#8217;m offering you a miniature training routine that will get the job done while fitting into your busy schedule.</p>
</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to have you do 3 exercise patterns without taking any breaks.You can rest after you have completed one cycle through all three exercises. you can take up to a minute to rest before completing the entire cycle again.</p>
</p>
<p> Make sure you push yourself to get through three complete cycles in fifteen minutes&#8217; time.</p>
<p>Start off you rowing with your own bodyweight using an underhanded grip.You need to have something over you that you can reach for and grasp, so be creative if you don&#8217;t have a bar.</p>
</p>
<p> Doing this properly, you will pull your torso up to the bar for as many reps as you can do.Each bicep should feel like it&#8217;s been worked out by the time you&#8217;re done</p>
</p>

</p>
